No. IJCAI 2025 does not provide funding for shipping or transportation.
However, we heard that in previous Art Galleries at other conferences (this is the first Art Gallery for IJCAI), many artists have secured funding through local arts organizations or national arts councils. If needed, the IJCAI organizers are happy to provide a letter of reference to support your funding applications.
We are working with the IJCAI organizing committee on providing a more affordable registration option specifically for artists. This option will allow artists to:
– Register for the Art Gallery,
– Present their artworks,
– Participate in the art program, and Interact with other artists, without requiring full IJCAI conference attendance. Further details will be announced soon. Of course artists are also welcomed to pay full conference registration and attend the whole conference if they are interested in the technical program.
