Presentation Guidelines
All accepted papers* must be presented orally by one of the authors, either in Montreal or Guangzhou.
*Applicable to:
Main Track papers, Survey Track papers, Best Papers from Sister Conferences, Journal Track papers, and all Special Tracks (AI4Tech, AI for Social Good, AI, Arts and Creativity, Human-Centred AI, Demonstration Papers).
Oral Presentations
- Session rooms are equipped with computers that support PPT, PPTX, and PDF formats.
- Please bring a flash drive with your presentation slides to your session. You will also be able to connect your own computer if preferred.
- Talk durations vary by venue (see below).
- No Q&A will take place during the talks — all questions will be addressed during the poster session.
Talk durations by venue:
- Montreal:
- Regular talks: up to 12 minutes
- Demos: up to 15 minutes
- Guangzhou:
- All talks: up to 6 minutes
- Demos up to 20 minutes
Poster Presentations
- A poster is required for all papers, including oral presentations.
- (Exception: Poster presentation is optional for Demo Track papers.)
- Posters must be A0 size, portrait orientation preferred.
- You must bring your printed poster or arrange for local printing.
- All presenters scheduled for a given day must also attend the poster session on that same day.
- After the poster presentation, authors should remove their poster from the walls.
Templates
There are no predefined templates for either the slides or the posters. You are free to use your own design and layout.
