Preferential rates have been negotiated for the participants of IJCAI 2025. All the hotels are located within a 5-20-minute walk from the Palais des Congrès de Montréal. The hotels are also near many restaurants, museums, local attractions and nightlife. The Montreal metro system is an efficient and fast way to get around the city.
Warning regarding unofficial accommodation services that can present good offers: It is common practice that some third parties present themselves fraudulently as travel agencies and solicit attendees and exhibitors to book hotel rooms that are not endorsed by conference organizers.

Cut-off date
Please reserve your room by June 20, 2025 (some hotels have an earlier date, so please refer to the hotel grid). After this date, availability and room rates are not guaranteed and will be based on availability. Full payment for accommodation will be made onsite at the hotel desk upon your arrival.
Reservation Guarantee
A credit card is required to book and guarantee the reservation. Reservations will not be processed without a credit card. Most hotels will debit one night’s stay 7 days to 72 hours before your arrival, which is non-refundable.
Early Departure
An early departure fee may apply based on the individual hotel policy. It is recommended to reconfirm your departure date upon arrival to avoid this fee.
Changes
All hotel reservation changes must be sent to the hotel directly.
Cancellation Policy/ Deposit
Hotel cancellation policies vary typically, cancellations can be made from 7 days to 72 hours prior to the arrival date with no penalty. If you do not cancel your reservation in writing in advance of the cancellation date, the cost of the room may be charged in full on the credit card on file. Most hotels will debit one night’s stay 7 days to 72 hours prior to your arrival, as a deposit which is non-refundable.
No-shows (non-cancelled rooms)
If you do not cancel your reservation in writing in advance of the cancellation date, the cost of the room may be charged in full on the credit card on file.

Rates are applicable three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the congress, subject to availability.
Your credit card may be charged if:
- you do not check in at the hotel on the scheduled arrival day (no-show);
- you shorten your scheduled departure after checking in; or
- you do not cancel your reservation within the set cancellation policy.
